About Us
 
 • Maintains & provides technical support on administrative and budget administration management system; 
 • Reviews, evaluates and consolidates budget proposals of all departments and offices pertaining to the annual and supplemental budgets as prescribed by law; 
 • Reviews estimates of income against actual collection performance; 
 • Renders technical assistance to the Sangguniang Panlungsod on budgetary matters; 
 • Submits Annual Performance Report and prepares Statement of Appropriation, Allotment, and Obligations (SAAOB) as required by the Commission on Audit (COA), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Department of Interior and Local Government, and National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) respectively; 
 • Reviews the Annual Investment Program (AIP), Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP), Annual Procurement Program (APP) and issues other local budget execution forms as prescribed by the DBM; 
 • Reviews Work and Financial Plan of offices, as well as certifies existence of appropriations for obligation purposes; 
 • Implements e-budget system; 
 • Approves Technical Reviews by the City Budget Officer/ Assistant Budget Officer and the member of the Local Finance Committee 
 • Renders technical review of Barangay Budgets for final consideration of the City Council in accordance with RA 7160; 
 • Renders monthly status reports to the City Project Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (CPMEC) and other line agencies; 
 • Attends to Local Finance Committee concerns as member; and 
 • Provides technical secretariat services to the Local School Board.
