This was pointed out by Mayor Oscar Moreno during the last day of Basic Micro Enterprise Training for the Community-Based Rehabilitation Program (CBRP) participated by Recovering Drug Dependents (RDDs) from Barangays 25 and 26 this morning, Dec. 12, 2017.

The 45 RDDs also received cash assistance from the city government through the City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) as a start-up capital for their livelihood.

Ms. Rhyselle Descallar, head of the Oro Citizen's Wellness Center, said the cash aid is part of the After-Care Program of the city and its partners. (Photo by Reynan Baylin)
