Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya said the Klarex administration cannot afford to delay implementation of their economic programs for the people of Cagayan de Oro City.

‘For now electing the chairmanships of the council’s committees is a matter of trust and confidence…but who knows, maybe soon if there is one or two councilors who showed they can chair the committees (without obstructionist partisan politics) maybe we in the administration bloc are open (to that possibility),’ Councilor Nacaya said.
