OFFICIALS of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japanese engineering consultants led by Hinode Sangyo Co., Ltd and the Original Engineering Consultants (OEC) Co., Ltd paid a courtesy call to Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy on Wednesday (July 30).

 

These groups are looking to develop Cagayan de Oro City’s oldest public market in Cogon, Barangay 31, in line with the Klarex administration’s push to greener growth, smart partnerships, and sustainability-driven innovation.
