THE city-owned JR Borja General Hospital (JRBGH) Gender and Development (GAD) Committee held a Gender And Development (GAD) orientation for their newly hired employees on Wednesday (Sept 3).

 

As part of the new employee’s onboarding program, the session was conducted by the JRBGH GAD coordinator Helengrace Uy.

 

The orientation is geared towards enhancing the understanding of each staff on how gender roles and biases impact on the delivery of healthcare services, workplace dynamics and more.
