JRBGH ENHANCES QUAKE, FIRE EVAC CONTINGENCIES FOR PATIENTS, STAFF

Written by DYM
THE city-owned JR Borja General Hospital (JRBGH) conducted a re-orientation on earthquake and fire evacuation procedures, alongside a safety briefing for the Housekeeping Services staffs on Wednesday (Nov. 5).

The activity is geared towards reinforcing awareness and staff preparedness in responding to emergency situations in order to ensure the safety of both hospital personnel and patients.

The re-orientation is JRBGH’s continuing commitment to disaster readiness and compliments the hospital’s regular safety programs facilitated by the JRBGH Disaster Risk Reduction and Management in Health (DRRM-H) Unit.

JRBGH also actively participated in the recent National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on Thursday (Nov 6) that is conducted quarterly to further strengthen its disaster preparedness and response capabilities.

Through these consistent efforts, JRBGH showcased its dedication to maintaining a safe and resilient healthcare environment for its staff and the public it serves. (DYM/CIO/Photo courtesy to PSO Jrbgh)
