Mismo si SK Federation President Kenneth Sacala ang nangulo sa maong assembly ug gisalmotan ni City Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Director Ellaine Josephine Depaur, mga SK Officials sa nagkadaiyang barangay, ug mga representante gikan sa youth-serving organizations ug partner institutions, lakip ang Oro Youth Development Office, National Youth Commission, Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines, 4-H Club Federation of Cagayan de Oro City, ug ubang stakeholders nga ga-suporta sa youth development initiatives sa siyudad.
