THE City Council approved several key resolutions and ordinances aimed at advancing local governance, public services, infrastructure, and administrative operations during its regular afternoon session held on Monday, July 6.

 

The session was headed by Presiding Officer Pro Tempore Councilor Roger Abaday.

 

Among the measures approved during the session were the following:

 

1.Proposed Resolution No. 2026-361-Declaring the 2026 Annual Budget of Barangay Macasandig as operative.

 

2.Proposed Resolution Nos. 2026-362 to 2026-365-Declaring the 2026 Annual Budgets of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangays Tablon, 23, 29, and 17 as operative.

 

3.Proposed Resolution No. 2026-366-Expressing no objection to the Bulanog-Batang Hydroelectric Power Project, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

4.Proposed Resolution No. 2026-367-Expressing no objection to the individual land titling application of Diamond Heights Village Association, Inc.

 

5.Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-315-Approving the simple subdivision plan of Lot 45933-A in Barangay Indahag, subject to the requirements of concerned government agencies.

 

6.Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-316-Approving the preliminary subdivision development plan for the Consolacion Homeowners Association housing project in Barangay Camaman-an.

 

7.Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-317 -Changing the plantilla position from Administrative Aide III (Clerk I) to Administrative Aide III (Utility Worker II).

 

8.Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-318-Approving the permit for Indahag Square Garden to conduct a 5-Stag Derby on August 15, 2026.

 

9.Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-319-Authorizing the payment of P106,506.00 as the City’s share for the subsistence of Children in Conflict with the Law.
