THE City Health Office (CHO) recognized the outstanding performance of Cagayan de Oro City’s health centers in the PuroKalusugan and Yaman ng Kalusugan (YAKAP) programs.

 

For the PuroKalusugan category on Top Health Interviews, Consultations, and Screenings, Lower Balulang Health Center ranked first, followed by Puntod Health Center in second place and Agusan Health Center in third.

 

In the Top 3 Encoders category, Pagatpat Health Center secured the top spot, while Calaanan Health Center placed second and Canitoan Health Center finished third.

 

For the first tranche (Patient Encounters) of the YAKAP Program, the CDO CHO YAKAP Facility emerged as the top performer, followed by the Lapasan Main YAKAP Facility in second place and the Tablon YAKAP Facility in third.

 

Meanwhile, for the second tranche (Consultations), the Lapasan Main YAKAP Facility ranked first, Agusan YAKAP Facility placed second, and Gusa YAKAP Facility secured third place.
