The Department of Education-Cagayan de Oro Division paid tribute to Mayor Oscar S. Moreno during the joint Local School Board's last board meeting and DepEd's Management Committee meeting before he steps down as mayor of Cagayan de Oro on June 30, 2022 after completing his last term.
