ORDERING A TEMPORARY TRAFFIC SCHEME FOR THE ANNUAL FEAST CELEBRATION OF BARANGAY CARMEN, THIS CITY, ON JULY 12-14, 2022

 

 

A. DINOGAN STREET DANCING AND CIVIC PARADE (Route) on July 13 and 14, 2022 from 6:00 AM until the event ends

Assembly area - Iglesia Ni Kristo (Concordio Diel Street)

- passing Concordio Diel Street

- left turn Villarin Street

- right turn Mayor Avancena Street

- right turn J. Serina Street

- left turn Vamenta Boulevard

- left turn Castro Street

- right turn Ipil Street (End Point)

B. Temporary road closure starting July 13, 2022 to July 14, 2022 from 9:00 AM until the event ends

1. Full Land Road Closure

1.1 Progressive closure and opening of traffic flow shall be followed;

a. Along C. Diel Street

b. Along Villarin- Concordio Diel Junction

c. Along Mayor Avancena Street

d. Along J. Serina and Vamenta Streets when the head of the contingent is approaching along Mayor Avancena and Rabanes junction

e. Along Castro Street

f. Along Zayas crossing Zone 10 (Oroham)

g. Landfill Bypass Road

1.2 Temporary full lane road closure on July 12, 2022 starting 8:00 PM until the event ends;

a. Along Ipil Street bounded by Castro and Max Y. Suniel Streets;

1.3 Temporary full lane road closure on July 13 and 14, 2022 starting 6:00 AM- 10:00 AM

a. Along Zone 8 Road Sacred Heart Village bounded by Alco Road and Concordio Diel Street

2. Temporary 2- Way Traffic

a. Along V. Neri Street bounded by Castro Street and Max Y. Suniel Street

b. Portion of Castro Street bounded by Ipil and V. Neri Street

3. Temporary No Parking

a. All boundary of Carmen Public Market right side facing North portion of V. Neri Street except the front area of Police Station 4

b. All boundary of Carmen Public Market portion of Ipil Street

4. Temporary Parallel Parking

a. Left side facing North along V. Neri Street bounded by Castro and Max Y. Suniel Streets

b. Parallel Parking along V. Neri Street, right side facing North fronting Police Precinct 4.

5. Progressive road opening and closure of traffic flow and rerouting of PUVs when the head of the contingent is approaching at the Junction of Mayor Avancena and Rabanese Streets on July 13 and 14, 2022

a. All Eastbound PUVs coming from Calaanan, Pagatpat area reaching Macapagal Canitoan shall turn right to Macapagal Drive towards and turn left to Masterson Avenue and proceed to their destination

b. All Zayas Silver Creek liner from origin Silver Creek Entrance Subdivision use Macapagal and Masterson Avenue and proceed to destination

c. All Westbound PUVs going Canitoan Pagatpat Area upon reaching Masterson Macanhan Junction shall proceed to upper Masterson turn right to Macapagal Drive and proceed to destination

d. Eastbound PUVs coming from Cogon market shall pass along Castro Street, turn right V. Castro Street, turn right Max Y. Suniel Street, turn left Yakal Street and proceed to destination

e. All Southbound PUVs upon reaching at the junction of Vamenta Boulevard and Max Y. Suniel Street, shall turn right to Max Y. Suniel Street, turn left to Villarin Street, turn left Serina Street and proceed to destination

f. All Motorelas upon reaching at the junction of V. Neri and Castro Street shall turn right to Castro Street, turn left to Nagac Street and proceed to destination

g. Northbound of Vamenta Boulevard from Serina Street to Max Y. Suniel is passable to Traffic

h. Road Closure shall be implemented aalong Castro Street bounded by V. Neri and Vamenta Boulevard

6. All private vehicles may use alternate route

Please be guided accordingly on this Traffic Scheme during the conduct of these activities.
