City Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy, represented by City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas, lauds the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) under the leadership of DICT Secretary Atty. Ivan John Uy and DICT 10 Regional Director Sittie Rahma Alawi for launching CDO GovNet Project aimed at providing free internet connectivity to government offices in Cagayan de Oro City on Tuesday, October 22 at the City Tourism Hall.
Cagayan de Oro City Second District Representative Rufus Rodriguez also showed his support to the project as he graced the event.
To date, the project has successfully connected to the internet 98 government offices throughout the city using fiber optic solutions, thus, providing fast and reliable internet connectivity for faster transactions, and improved communication.
