Cagayan de Oro City Hall honored the top 20 taxpayers for fiscal year 2023 during their flag-raising ceremony on Monday, December 2.

 

Mayor Rolando 'Klarex' Uy, Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez and members of the 20th City Council were on hand to congratulate the winners.

 

Mayor Klarex said the recognition program—said to be the first in City Hall’s history—highlighted the significant contributions of these businesses to the city's economic growth and development.
