Rustom "Tom" Abella, a dedicated System Developer at the City Management Information Systems and Innovation Department (CMISID), was named ‘Employee of the Week’ during Monday’s (March 24) flag raising program jointly hosted by the CMISID and City Information Office.

 

Tom joined the department nearly two years ago as part of the Software Development and Database Management Division. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Capitol University, Tom earned his degree on Information Technology in the year 2023.

 

Abella received a medal from the Office of the Human Resource Management Officer and a P3,000 cash prize, presented by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn Rodriguez and CMISID Department Manager Zelfred Anthony Cocon.

 

The ‘Employee of the Week’ recognition is facilitated by the Office of the Human Resource Management Officer as part of the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE), spearheaded by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
