After being temporarily stopped for over one month, City Mayor Klarex Uy's most sought-after public service program, 'People's Day', is back at the city hall quadrangle today, wherein people from all walks in life got the chance to air their problems before the mayor himself, who, in turn, directly act on the matters with the help and assistance of his department managers.
