Some 96 local government units (LGUs), including Cagayan de Oro City, in Northern Mindanao passed the DILG's 2024 Good Financial Housekeeping (GFH) for its consistent compliance with the Full Disclosure Policy (FDP) and alignment with financial administration standards, as well as compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Commission on Audit (COA).
