Ono Hirotaka, newly appointed Consul General of the Consulate General of Japan in Davao paid a courtesy call to Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy at his office on Tuesday afternoon (June 3).
Hirotaka was accompanied by Vice Consuls Akari Oda Akari and Nakata Airi and they were also met by Oro-Trade and Investment Promotions Center (Oro-TIPC) Department Manager John Asuncion and Oro-TIPC Assistant Department Head Raelita Legaspi.
Hirotaka assumed the post of Consul General of Japan in Davao last May 9 and was known to have worked as a specialist in the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs-Philippines for over 30 years. (NLB/CIO/photos by Jomar Figuracion/CIO).
