ABOUT 113 persons benefitted from reproductive health services by the City Health Office (CHO) and the Community Improvement Division (CID) at the health center in Sitio Calaanan, Barangay Canitoan on Tuesday (Aug. 19).

 

The beneficiaries were mostly from Sitio Calaanan and neighboring Barangay Pagatpat and they availed of services ranging from free IUD and implants as well as free medicines.

 

Partnering with CHO and CID is the Department of Health (DOH-10) which is commemorating August as National Family Planning Month. The event carries the theme ‘Panalo, Ang Pamilyang Planado. Tara! Usap tayo sa Family Planning.’ (LRM/CIO photos by Pamela Wong/CID)
