1. Proposed Resolution Nos. 2025-24 and 2025-25- Declares operative the barangay ordinances approving the 2025 Annual Budgets of Barangay Tumpagon and Barangay Besigan.

 

2. Proposed Resolution No. 2025-26- Declares operative the resolution approving the 2025 Annual Budget of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay No. 17.

 

3. Proposed Resolution No. 2025-27- Adopts the order of the Committee on Ethics and Blue Ribbon dismissing a complaint against Barangay Tablon officials due to the complainant’s demise.

 

4. Proposed Ordinance No. 2025-46- Appropriates P219,479.86 from the 2025 Annual Budget to fully compensate for a building in Barangay Tablon affected by a road project to Tablon Hospital, with the City Mayor authorized to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale.

 

5. Proposed Ordinance No. 2025-47- Allocates P380,923.00 from the 2025 Annual Budget as compensation to five claimants for improvements affected by the road opening in Barangay Pagalungan, authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deeds of Absolute Sale.

 

6. Proposed Ordinance No. 2025-48- Authorizes City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 10 for the grant of one corn combine harvester to the Balubal Integrated Forestry Farmers Association under the DA’s Corn Program.
