In line with the Cooperative Month Celebration, the 1 Cooperative Insurance System of the Philippines (1CISP), in partnership with Cagayan de Oro City Hall’s Community Improvement Division (CID) visited recently the Cagayan de Oro City Senior High School Teen Center to turn over a new set of recreational goods.
The Cagayan de Oro Nat'l. High School POPDEV Club Leaders joined the turnover ceremony where students received musical instruments, board games, sports equipment and one TV among others.
This effort forms part of the Community Improvement Division, headed by Mr. Honorio G. Diputado Jr. and to their Adolescent Health and Development Program Coordinator Mr. Michael A. Abrogar and Cooperative Development Program Coordinator Rodger M. Zerna, which provides opportunities for growth and inclusivity for the city’s youth.
The initiative underscores the dynamic collaboration between City Hall under Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy’s leadership with educational institutions and cooperative partners in uplifting the welfare of the city’s youth, one youth at a time. (LRM/CIO photos from CID)
