COUNCIL PASSES FOUR RESOLUTIONS, ONE ORDINANCE IN NOV.10 SESSION

FOUR resolutions and one ordinance including the adoption of a disaster risk health management plan were passed during Monday afternoon’s (Nov. 10) session of the 21st City Council.
 
The session headed by Presiding Officer Pro Tempore Councilor Roger Abaday passed the following measures:
 
1. Proposed Resolutions Nos. 2025-108-2025-111- Declaring as operative in their entirety the respective barangay ordinances covering the Annual Budget for CY 2026 of Barangay No. 16 with an estimated income of P3,615,918.00, Barangay No. 05 with P3,668,265.00, Barangay Tignapoloan with P10,846,499.00, and Barangay Bayanga with P7,608,454.00.
 
2. Proposed Resolutions Nos. 2025-112-2025-113- Declaring as operative in their entirety the respective Sangguniang Kabataan Resolutions covering the Supplemental Budget No. 1 for CY 2025 of the SK of Barangay No. 13 amounting to P800,000.00 and the Annual Budget for CY 2026 of the SK of Barangay Iponan amounting to P4,241,046.00.
 
3. Proposed Resolution No. 2025-114-Adopting and approving the Disaster Risk Reduction Management in Health (DRRMH) Plan of Cagayan de Oro City as endorsed through Resolution No. 003-2024 of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC).
 
4. Proposed Ordinance No. 2025-117-Appropriating P6,183.74 from the 2025 Annual Budget’s Special Purpose Fund for Terminal Leave Benefits/Monetization of Leave Credits to cover the terminal leave pay deficiency of Ms. Anna Theresa P. Pacamalan, former Private Secretary I under the Office of City Councilor Yevonna Yacine B. Emano.
