THE City Education and Development Office (CEDO) headed by Acting Manager Richel Petalcurin-Dahay sponsored the Relevant Industry Skills for Employment -Technical Vocational Education Training (RISE-TVET) caravan to Barangay Carmen on Friday (Nov. 28).
Among the courses under the RISE-TVET scholarship that were introduced at the caravan were Barista coffee roasting and latte making, Bartending, Bread and Pastry Production, Computer Systems Servicing, Cookery, Driving, Food and Beverage Services, Heavy Equipment Operation, Shielded Metal Arc Welding.
The caravan catered Kagay-anon from various barangays. It sought to promote the availability of scholarships for vocational courses to those who are unemployed and those who belong to the Out-of-School youth. (NLB/CIO/photos courtesy of CEDO)
