Hosted by the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO), the flag raising program also featured the presentation of Cagayan de Oro City’s third place award for the Rafael M. Salas Kaunlarang Pantao Award by the Commission on Population and Development by the Community Improvement Division.

 

While the City Hall Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative Inc. (CHEMCO) announced the soft launching of their ticketing services and bills payment services for members, the city police unveiled their past accomplishments for calendar year 2025.

 

And in his monthly message, Mayor Klarex thanked COCPO for their untiring efforts to maintain the city’s peace and order situation and for joining his administration’s outreach programs like the weekly ‘Klarex Nga Serbisyo Sa Baryo (KSB).’

 

Mayor Klarex also brought Christmas cheer to the entire City Hall bureaucracy by announcing their incentives to be released this December and details on the upcoming Christmas party which he said is in keeping with President Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos’s call on local governments to keep the celebrations simple./Text by SC with CIO photos by Reynan Baylin
