Acting Mayor Yan Lam Lim, along with City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas and CHUDD OIC Head Atty. Jeoffrey Namalata, welcomed today Japanese flood management experts and DPWH-10 personnel who paid a courtesy visit at city hall on Thursday, August 18.

 

 

The team gave updates on the ongoing JICA’s Flood Risk Management Project for the Cagayan de Oro River (FRIMP-CDOR).
