• Minimum public health standards shall be observed at all times.

• QR codes and vaccination cards are still required upon entering establishments.

• Non-residents who enter the city are advised to secure Higala App QR codes, and bring their vaccination cards.

• Drinking of alcoholic beverages in public places is not allowed.

• 11pm-4am curfew hours is still in effect.
