PROPOSED ORDINANCE ON ANTI-DISCRIMINATION DURING COVID-19

Sharing this proposed ordinance to drum up support and lobby it to our local legislators. There has been news circulating that frontline workers in CDO, especially health care workers, are being discriminated upon by strangers, neighbors, bosses, and landlords. With this crisis, we do not have time to sow fear and animosity against one another. COVID-19 does not discriminate; so should we.

This proposed ordinance is patterned after Parañaque City and the proposed ordinance format of Commissioner Rowena Guanzon of COMELEC.
